Hong Kong PTA Trips for Schools and Families

A practical, family-friendly day planned around your school community — from transport and timings to meals and optional activities.

FTT Travel helps Hong Kong Parent–Teacher Associations plan local family day trips. Schools can choose one-way, five-hour or eight-hour arrangements, with a 65-seat coach, Cantonese or English guide, group lunch and optional activities coordinated in one enquiry.

What your PTA can arrange

  • Coach and timing

Choose a one-way transfer, a five-hour return journey or an eight-hour day trip, with timings shaped around the school group.

  • Guide support

Add a Cantonese- or English-speaking guide to support the group throughout the programme.

  • Meals and activities

Include a group lunch and selected activities, with quantities and ticket needs confirmed for adults and children.

  • One school enquiry

Share the school, PTA contact, group size and preferred date once, then review all answers before submitting.

Planning a PTA family trip

Start with the number of adults and children, preferred date, journey length and any activity ideas. The enquiry form keeps group enquiries separate from individual passenger forms and asks the school contact to verify their email before submission.
